To achieve the illusion, Borin had a team film iconic landmarks in his hometown, including its famed, labyrinthine floating market and extensive Chinatown.
Using projection mapping technology, the restaurant recreates a travelogue of Bangkok, enhancing the sensory experience with sights and smells from the city's vibrant culture.
With this new concept, "you don't need to go to Bangkok or anywhere in the world," explained Borin, illustrating the restaurant's goal of creating authentic experiences without travel.
