Bridges, opening this fall, is a collaboration with Josey Stuart and Nicolas Mouchel, located at 9-10 Chatham Square in Chinatown, inspired by Parisian bistros with Basque country influences.
Dishes at Bridges include an uni custard, scallop with bone marrow and chile, and duck with persimmon, boasting a dining room seating 50 and an attached private dining room.
