Elias Taddesse's Mélange Foods Inc. offers a fusion of Ethiopian flavors and gourmet American dishes like burgers and fried chicken at his culinary incubator in Shaw. The menu includes a variety of gourmet burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and marinated chicken tenders, with unique ingredients and flavors. In addition, the new Lobby Bar at Capitol Hill features a collaboration of culinary experts with a focus on comfort food and creative cocktails, presenting dishes like crab cakes and prime rib.
For now, fans can munch on a slate of mouthwatering gourmet burgers including the classic, double decker, Italian, and Frenchie; fried chicken sandwiches; and marinated chicken tenders.
The Capitol Hill set can hobnob at the tony new Lobby Bar, which opened this month in the former home of Boxcar Tavern.
