We headed to the Town House restaurant inside the hotel, and I was immediately struck by how stunning the interior was. The lighting was soft and romantic, with lots of flowers dotted around making the spot feel welcoming and cosy.
But, to start I could not resist the burrata with heritage tomatoes, pesto and focaccia crustini. While it sounds like a simple starter, they were filled with flavour and sweetness that cut through the richness of the burrata.
