A man was discovered covered in blood inside a parked Toyota minivan in Long Island City, Queens. Witnesses called 911 after spotting him around 10:10 a.m. Police broke the vehicle's window to assist him. He was taken to Cornell Hospital, conscious and alert, and is expected to survive.
