Paris-based Opus Major, founded by Jean-Nicolas Vernin and Pierre-Armand Nicq, has secured $10M in Seed funding led by Griffin Gaming Partners. This investment is aimed at developing their first multiplayer music-centered game, where players engage collaboratively through music to create immersive experiences. With aspirations to combine gaming and music into a social adventure, the team is working hard to reveal more about their universe in 2025. The studio is currently expanding its team by recruiting various talents in game development.
Our mission at Opus Major is to make the world jam together. We have experienced countless joyful memories while playing music and video games with friends.
Our original spark came from a simple idea: can we bring them both together and build a great social adventure where music is magic?
