Habibeats' musical journey reflects his growth in embracing his identity as a first-generation Palestinian American within a diverse community. Influenced by his parents' coffee shop and an uncle's eclectic music collection, he initially kept Arabic and American music separate. However, over time, he blended hip-hop with global genres like reggaeton and Afrobeats. After completing law school and forming connections with the L.A. No Nazar DJ crew, he recognized the importance of mixing cultural sounds, ultimately affirming his artistic direction and commitment to celebrating his heritage through music.
