A fire at a mobile home in Watsonville was responded to by approximately 20 firefighters after reports emerged around 7:22 a.m. The fire was brought under control by 7:40 a.m. Local investigators suspect the fire was set intentionally by a 65-year-old man following an argument. Three adults were in the residence; two were hospitalized with minor injuries while the suspect sustained moderate injuries and was taken for treatment. The suspect is expected to face charges of attempted murder and arson upon recovery.
