Santana Row, San Jose's leading shopping and dining district, is set for an exciting year with new eateries and shops opening. Parranga, a Mexico City-style taqueria, will be launched on April 1, featuring a casual dining experience and an open-air patio. Additionally, Augustine Cafe serves California cuisine with a blend of French and Italian influences. Retail additions include Kohler's design offerings, Bluemercury's cosmetics, and various boutiques. These developments aim to boost Santana Row's already vibrant atmosphere for both locals and visitors, making it a go-to destination for dining and shopping.
"Parranga is about bringing an incredibly traditional, Mexico City-style taqueria experience to Santana Row," says Eduardo Rallo, chairman and founder of Buen Rallo Group.
On the retail side, Santana Row is rolling out a stylish array of new stores, including cutting-edge kitchen and bath design from Kohler and top-tier cosmetics from Bluemercury.
With new dining options like Parranga and Augustine Cafe, Santana Row continues to enhance its vibrant culinary scene, catering to both locals and visitors.
Operating from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays, Parranga is perfect for breakfast tacos or late-night bites, expanding dining hours in the area.
