Thomas O'Reilly Jnr has been charged with dangerous driving causing the deaths of his immediate family members when their vehicle crashed into a wall on August 29, 2023.
During the brief hearing at Cashel District Court, O'Reilly remained silent other than confirming his identity and indicating his agreement to ongoing bail conditions.
Witnesses report that the collision occurred shortly after 9pm, resulting in the immediate deaths of three family members, while a fourth person sustained injuries.
Judge Brian O'Shea has remanded O'Reilly to the next sitting of Tipperary Circuit Criminal Court following the presentation of evidence and ongoing legal proceedings.
