The fatal road traffic collision on the R166 resulted in the death of a man in his 60s, with another woman seriously injured and airlifted for treatment.
Gardaí are investigating the incident and have arrested a woman in her 50s under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, as part of ongoing inquiries.
