Juan Levano, 24, entered a guilty plea to charges of receipt and possession of child pornography after investigators found over 100 illicit files on his phone.
Prosecutors stated that Levano was identified as a user of an internet application primarily known for the dissemination of child pornography, where he actively participated in several groups.
The investigation revealed Levano possessed a significant amount of child pornography, including images and videos of children ranging from infancy to 13 years old.
Despite residing at a daycare facility, both Levano and the daycare owner asserted that he had no direct contact with any children at the facility.
