The project focuses on creating cross views for each townhouse by positioning sleeping areas on the lower floor and living areas on the upper floor, ensuring visual integration with nature.
To maximize the views from each unit, the kitchens are integrated into the walls, creating a 'third facade' that enhances the spatial continuity and visual connection throughout the design.
The design employs a ventilated wood system, echoing local construction techniques, with treated exposed wood that prevents deterioration, thus prolonging the building’s lifespan against harsh weather.
Each townhouse, despite being independent, aligns under a single-pitched roof, allowing them to blend seamlessly with the ski resort’s landscape while fostering a cohesive architectural style.
