The Only Bobby Flay Restaurant With A Michelin Star - Tasting Table
Briefly

Bobby Flay, a culinary powerhouse with multiple cookbooks and shows, gained fame with Mesa Grill, which earned one Michelin star in 2008 but closed in 2020.
Michelin inspectors evaluate restaurants based on five criteria: consistency, ingredient quality, flavor harmony, technique, and personality, all of which Mesa Grill excelled at.
Despite being awarded one Michelin star in 2008, Mesa Grill Las Vegas lost its star the following year as Michelin stopped evaluations in the city.
Following the closure of Mesa Grill, Bobby Flay shifted focus to Italian cooking, launching Amalfi, which opened in the same location in spring 2021.
