Realmuto, a new addition to the West Village, combines a pastry shop, gelateria, and restaurant, renowned for its elegant marble aesthetic and a grand piano.
Pastry chef Giuseppe Zito's entremets at Realmuto are impressive, especially the Fragolina with its wild strawberry design and delicious Haitian vanilla cream.
While the gelato is among the best in the city, the pre-stuffed cannoli and cookies at Realmuto don't meet the same high standard.
