The average score for wireless cost-of-service satisfaction is 686. Customers who perceive their plan as improved in value have a satisfaction score of 829, indicating a significant gap.
T-Mobile scored 753 in the enterprise segment, outperforming Verizon and Spectrum Business in small business, reflecting its rising customer satisfaction.
"Building a value proposition goes beyond the actual cost of service... Providers need to build trust and educate customers on their products to enhance satisfaction," said Carl Lepper.
