This describes a future where citizens live by the dictates of a cloud-based operating system, thus reshaping notions of community and governance in a digital age.
The intention is to create a bespoke suburban oasis on the eastern reaches of San Francisco Bay, reflecting a trend of constructing planned communities that cater to tech elites, reminiscent of historic developments like Levittown.
