The report highlights that discrimination plays a significant factor in the wage gap, explaining that women, particularly women of color, experience the greatest disparities in pay.
Latinas are often concentrated in lower-paying care industries, generally hold less education, and are typically younger than the average worker, limiting their advancement opportunities.
Only 30% of Latinas hold management positions nationwide compared to 48% of white women, demonstrating a stark lack of representation in leadership roles.”
