Nancy Jean Soltau, who passed away on January 30, 2025, was celebrated for her vibrant and enthusiastic life. Born in 1931 in Edina, MN, she later moved to Northern California where she raised three children. A Pi Phi Sorority member at the University of Minnesota, she built a fulfilling life, highlighted by charitable work and a successful business, Cable Car Seminars & Tours. Nancy was also a longtime member of Menlo Country Club, where she taught etiquette. Known for her love of gatherings and competitive spirit, she cherished moments at Lake Almanor, and hosted famed Fourth of July events.
