Murder investigation launched after death of 2-year-old girl in Co Tyrone

The police, alongside the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, responded to reports of the sudden death of Tavia in Dungannon, where she was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Three suspects—a 21-year-old woman, a 24-year-old woman, and a 29-year-old man—have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody.
