Detective Chief Inspector Phillips stated, 'Shortly after 8pm, it was reported that a man was found with serious injuries at a flat in the area. Police attended, but sadly the man passed away as a result of his injuries.'

A 29-year-old man has been charged with murder and cruelty to children, while two women, aged 21 and 24, face charges of manslaughter and child cruelty.
