Wanda Navarro, 63, of Brimfield, died following a crash on the F. E. Everett Turnpike when the pickup truck crossed the median and collided with multiple vehicles.
James Navarro, 69, was driving a white Dodge Ram when he unexpectedly entered northbound lanes, leading to the fatal crash; he suffered minor injuries and was hospitalized.
