BIG SUR Monterey County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue assisted with recovery efforts after a vehicle drove off Highway 1 and went over a cliff at Hurricane Point in Big Sur on Tuesday afternoon. At about 4:22 p.m. on Tuesday, emergency dispatchers received multiple 911 calls reporting a vehicle had gone off the roadway and was believed to have entered the water. Big Sur Fire and the Monterey County Sheriff's Office established a coordinated search and rescue operation.

A Massachusetts woman watched in despair after her car rolled into a lake after she stopped to yell at ICE agents who were arresting a migrant. A clip of the incident in the town of Upton was posted on social media by Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin, who got it from an ICE source, on Sunday.

A group of juveniles walked out of the store with beer and sandwiches and headed out toward Andrews Street.

"We were called to reports of a crash involving four vehicles on the A2 London-bound, just before the M25 turnoff. Three fire engines attended, and the road was temporarily closed whilst crews managed the scene and isolated one of the hybrid vehicles that was involved."
