Customers have taken to Trustpilot to express their dissatisfaction, noting waits of over a month for items, some even missing holiday events due to the delays.
Wolford admitted their delivery services became overstretched after switching to a new provider and apologized for the inconvenience, committing to improving service going forward.
Despite the apologies, Wolford warned customers on their website that due to high order volumes, further shipment delays may still occur, indicating ongoing challenges.
