Lucid Motors is set to launch two trims of its Gravity SUV: the luxurious Grand Touring starting at $94,900 with production commencing in late 2024, and the more affordable Touring model priced at $79,900 with production starting in late 2025.
Despite announcing promising figures like up to 440 miles of range and 800 horsepower for the Gravity model, Lucid Motors continues to face demand challenges, indicated by its repeated price cuts and reliance on financial support from its majority shareholder, the Saudi Public Investment Fund.
Orders for the Gravity SUV will open on November 7th, prioritizing existing Lucid customers, and allowing all potential buyers to configure and order their vehicles online through Lucid's website.
The Gravity SUV will feature a native NACS charging port, making it the first Lucid vehicle compatible with Tesla's Supercharger network, offering added convenience for customers.
