Throughout my career transition into product management, the greatest challenge was embracing a mindset shift. As an engineer, the emphasis was on solutions, but in product management, you must construct the right problem, which is a different approach altogether.
I echo Morris Chang's philosophy: without strategy, execution is aimless; without execution, strategies become futile. Technical execution matters, yet if you're headed the wrong way, it all falls apart.
