Kaley Cuoco and fiance Tom Pelphrey reveal they're in couples therapy as they raise their 19-month-old daughter

Cuoco shared her experiences with parenting during an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," expressing her belief that every couple should consider therapy, stating, "You should all be in couples therapy, just FYI." She emphasized the challenges of raising a young child and encouraged other couples to seek support.

Describing the daily challenges of parenting her 19-month-old daughter Matilda, Cuoco humorously compared the experience to caring for a "drunk best friend," saying, "They're crying when they don't get what they want. You're cleaning their throw-up... and you're making sure they don't die all day long."

Cuoco highlighted the toll parenting takes by reflecting on the exhausting routine: "And then they black out, and you're, like, ready to die, and they wake up and they're like, 'What's for breakfast?'" This illustrates the demanding nature of parenthood and its ability to completely drain caregivers while simultaneously being a source of joy.
