In response, the 'Revive the Spirit of Mosul' initiative, funded by international organizations and governments, including UNESCO and the UAE, aims to restore key buildings and foster cultural diversity in the city. Over 140 million euros have been invested into the recovery of significant sites, engaging local communities in the rebuilding process to revive Mosul's spirit.
