Briefly

The main transformational change was to turn the old backyard into a covered atrium, establishing a strong spatial center and enhancing the building's social infrastructure.
The atrium forms the core of the building, with meeting rooms and flexible workspaces organized around it, supporting a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
New volumes with angled roofs allow light and air into office spaces, hosting solar panels, rooftop sedum, and local plant species, enhancing ecological value.
The workspace and technical systems are organized in a grid for future adaptability, allowing shifts between cellular offices and open office landscapes.
