I found myself buried by endless daily work... I was obedient to my JIRA tickets as if I were working on an assembly line... I worked hard, but I barely understood where I was headed.
To address the work-life balance problem... there's something else I would like to discuss. I found that I wasn't growing as quickly as before, while my daily work was fulfilling, I still felt somewhat lost.
Having an ownership mindset: Approach the work as if you were the owner of the business. Always seek to understand the context and the reasons behind the task.
Before diving into tasks, always ask: Is it growth-oriented? Am I learning something new? Questions like these shift the perspective from reactive to proactive.
