Here's how the Bay Area is getting ready for Atmospheric River heading our way
Briefly

As stormy weather approaches, residents are seen taking precautions. Many are gathering sandbags, anticipating possible flooding from the expected rainfall. 'We just moved into our place, so we're not sure if there's going to be flooding or not, so we're just trying to be prepared,' said Neha Tammana, highlighting concerns over potential water damage.
'My husband owns a water restoration company, so he's getting all his equipment ready and his employees notified to be on call,' said Yvonne Gavidia, who reflects the urgency people feel in the face of the severe weather approaching.
Signs are posted in flood-prone areas, highlighting the steps being taken by the Public Utilities Commission. Past experiences with flooding have made businesses like Stable Cafe more vigilant as rain approaches.
'Within 10 minutes, it was completely flooded,' recalls Bradley Bascia of Stable Cafe. Their closure last January due to flooding has left businesses on high alert this time.
