The 24th annual Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival kicks off Friday in Golden Gate Park, featuring an eclectic lineup including Devendra Banhart and Cat Power.
Saturday’s lineup will have more bluegrass, highlighted by Mavis Staples at 4 pm on the Banjo Stage, while Patti Smith performs on Sunday.
The festival is free and allows picnics and beverages in plastic or cans, with a diverse selection of food vendors present.
For those unable to attend in person, the festival will be live-streamed via the HSB TV app on platforms like Apple TV and Roku.
