Oliver Glasner acknowledged past recruitment mistakes, emphasizing the need for early signings in January to avoid a repeat of summer's last-minute acquisitions.
Addressing the media, Glasner stated, 'It's pretty clear that how we acted in the summer shouldn't be repeated in January. We should do much better altogether.'
