A woman and a 13-year-old girl have been charged with shoplifting in Hornchurch, with both suspects arrested after a reported incident on October 1.
Sgt Amar Sehmby emphasized that Havering Police are actively collaborating with local shops to ensure a quick response to shoplifting reports.
