Election, or the End of Life as We Know It?
Briefly

The greatest test of courage on earth is to bear defeat without losing heart. This highlights resilience, defined as successfully adapting to challenging experiences.
We find ourselves bombarded by pundits and political ads claiming that if our side loses, life as we know it will come to an end.
Roughly 50 percent of the population will be disappointed after the election, regardless of who wins. It’s crucial to think about how we'll cope with that.
We need to do what we can to help our side win and hope for the best, but the real test will be our behavior post-election.
