Detectives are investigating an East Harlem shooting that left a man, 30, seriously injured. The incident, triggered by ShotSpotter, prompted rapid police response.
The arriving officers quickly rendered aid, placing gauze on the shooting victim's wounds before he was transported to Harlem Hospital, where he is expected to survive.
