Starting December 1, Delta Air Lines will debut a Shake Shack partnership, a first in the airline industry, allowing First Class passengers to order cheeseburgers.
Delta noticed that burgers are among the top ordered items while traveling, prompting the launch of this comfort food option at 30,000 feet.
The partnership includes customized 100% Angus beef cheeseburgers with ShackSauce, chips, Caesar salad, and brownies, all delivered during the flight.
Orders can be conveniently placed through the Fly Delta app or via email for Boston-departing flights, with plans for expansion to more markets.
