Lao'e Mountain, located on the southwest edge of Chengdu Plain, rises abruptly to 1100 meters, showcasing natural beauty with its osmanthus trees, bamboo forests, and tea fields.
The project site, once a government guest house, offers a peaceful environment with tea fields to the north and sweeping valley views to the south, embodying tranquility.
The facade is designed to echo the colors of the surrounding red sandstone, reinforcing the connection between the structure and its natural environment.
The edifice features 'The Mountain Shadow Hall,' a striking top floor element that resembles a bird detached from its branch, symbolizing creativity and harmony with nature.
