Despite his efforts, which included lifting her arm and checking for a pulse, he noted, "I tapped her face... but she didn’t get up, so I took Sara from Batool's lap."
He recalled the harrowing moments: "I shouted for an ambulance because I could not hear breathing. I checked the pulse and there was none. I started giving her CPR."
In a moment of despair, Sharif relayed Batool's chilling words, saying: "Leave her, Sara is dead... she told me... There's no need because she's dead."
