Crime scene in Romford Town centre after incident at bank

Upon arriving, officers established a crime scene with a cordon in front of the bank and along Exchange Street, indicating a serious concern.
Further investigation revealed that the substance on the building was not blood, but red paint, dispelling early fears related to a violent incident.
