Google has introduced a new feature in Google Business Profiles that simplifies the process of managing special hours for businesses. Users can now set special hours for one location and use the new ‘Copy Hours’ feature to apply this schedule to multiple locations quickly, whether accessed via desktop or mobile. However, this feature is limited to accounts managing 100 locations or fewer, and users must clear old hours since it overrides existing entries. This enhancement is particularly beneficial for local SEOs, saving time and effort in managing business schedules.
Managing special hours on your Google Business Profile for holidays, closures, or modified schedules just got a whole lot easier! Now, you can set special hours for one location and seamlessly copy them to multiple locations directly from your profile-whether you're on mobile (via Maps) or desktop.
It's only available for accounts managing 100 locations or fewer. If you're a larger brand, this feature might not be enabled.
This feature doesn't discriminate-it copies everything, including special hours from three holidays ago.
