Bubala Is Bringing its Veggie Middle Eastern Food to King's Cross
Briefly

Bubala, known for its delicious Middle Eastern cuisine, is expanding with a new restaurant in King's Cross set to open in April 2025. This location will feature a two-floor design accommodating a total of 120 guests, including outdoor seating. The menu will include beloved dishes from its Spitalfields and Soho counterparts, alongside innovative new options. An open kitchen will showcase chefs at work, while the bar will serve wines on tap, specialty beers, and house-made sodas.
Taking over a two-floor site in the Cadence Court development, complete with a dramatic arched entrance, Bubala King's Cross will have 65 covers on the ground floor.
Founder Marc Summers and Executive Chef Ben Rand have created a Middle Eastern menu that features some Bubala classics...plus some brand new creations for King's Cross.
You can expect dishes like oyster mushroom skewer with tamari and coriander seeds, confit latkes with garlic toum and Aleppo chilli and charred cucumber tzatziki.
The backless bar will be pouring wines on tap alongside a range of natural vino in bottles, beers from across the UK and gazoz house sodas.
