The 49ers' leading receiver Brandon Aiyuk has suffered a torn ACL, ending his 2024 campaign and impacting San Francisco's offensive strategy moving forward.
Aiyuk's injury happened late in the second quarter of the 49ers' loss to the Chiefs, where he had 25 catches for 374 yards prior to the injury.
With Aiyuk's absence, the 49ers will have to rely more on Deebo Samuel and Jauan Jennings, while rookies Ricky Pearsall and Jacob Cowing may step up.
