Bench customers are now being forced to hand over their data or risk losing it, they say | TechCrunch

One Bench customer told TechCrunch that when he tried to get his records for two out of the five years that he was a Bench customer, he was asked 'to hit a consent button.' He found the terms concerning, stating, 'Within the text of that page they said if you consent, then you agree to no refunds, and I think that was a very slimy, untrustworthy tactic to use against customers who were already in a difficult situation.'
