It was a happy coincidence that it happened to be the same day that one of my friends had received a long-awaited job offer. Celebrating such milestones brings friends closer and creates lasting memories.
The job offer meant the securing of her visa and allowing my friend, who was born in India, to continue to call Ireland a second home.
