On December 9, Riverside Natural Foods Inc. issued a voluntary recall of some of the granola bar products under its MadeGood brand, fearing contamination with metal fragments.
Riverside says that it now has conducted an 'extensive investigation' of the production site where the recalled bars were made and has identified the problem's source.
28 MadeGood products are being recalled, consisting of 12 distinct products in multiple packaging sizes ranging from packages of five bars all the way up to packs of 63.
