"If you're consistently getting dizzy while working out, it's always a good idea to follow up with your doctor first," he said, "That being said, many people become temporarily dizzy while training during position changes." Starkman explained that discomfort related to sudden movements is usually harmless, but ongoing dizziness requires medical attention."
