At orientation, they told the 12 of us that we were the best and brightest of 900 interviews. One coworker abused his perk, buying $4,000 in clothes on his corporate Amex, thinking it was a benefit of the job. He was fired immediately after bragging about it and even asked to keep the suits. It was a surreal moment of misunderstanding corporate expectations.
One of my coworkers was trying to make a sale when he made the mistake of commenting on a beautiful woman nearby. He said to his customer, 'That woman is so hot! I would f*** the *** out of her!' Only to realize that the woman was the customer’s wife. This moment escalated quickly into a confrontation, requiring management intervention.
