The man and some friends were walking - likely toward a parked car - not far from a small strip mall on Northwest 27th Avenue at 194th Street, when at least one of them got into an argument with another man who was in a car, police said.
Around 11:55 p.m., the man got out of a car and shot the man he was arguing with, police said. The shooter then got back into the vehicle and sped off.
