Man gunned down workers at a Miami gas station, cops say. He lived across the street

Jason Craig Dyer-Mitchell, 23, gunned down two gas station employees during an argument, critically wounding another person.

He faces second-degree murder charges and is being held without bond, with additional charges of battery by a detainee.

An altercation over theft resulted in the shooting, with the suspect fleeing the scene, later identified through surveillance footage from a gym.
